About The Healing Star
Welcome to The Healing Star!
My work is rooted in the understanding that healing does not come from force or effort—it comes from safety, awareness, and gentle presence.
I am a certified energy healer and practitioner of Ho’oponopono, offering calm, supportive spaces where the body and nervous system can soften and restore their natural balance. My approach is slow, respectful, and deeply attuned to the wisdom of the body.
I work with individuals who are experiencing ongoing emotional or physical challenges and are seeking gentle, supportive ways to restore balance and well-being.
Sessions are guided gently, without pressure, force, or the need to relive difficult experiences.
This work does not replace medical care. Instead, it offers an additional layer of support for those who wish to address emotional and energetic aspects that may influence how they feel physically and emotionally.
My intention is to help you reconnect with a sense of ease, clarity, and inner stability—allowing your system to move toward balance in its own time.
In my sessions, there is no pressure to perform, explain, or relive experiences. Healing unfolds naturally through guided presence, intention, and energetic support—allowing what is ready to release to do so in its own time.
This work honors the truth that nothing about you is broken.
Healing is simply a return to safety, softness, and inner clarity.
My approach is gentle, respectful, and centered on the understanding that emotional and physical experiences are often interconnected.
In each session, I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where your body and mind can settle. When the nervous system feels safe, it becomes easier for tension—whether emotional or physical—to soften and release naturally.
I work using energy-based practices and guided awareness, including Ho’oponopono, to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and inner balance. Sessions are guided slowly, without force, analysis, or the need to revisit painful memories.
Rather than attempting to “fix” symptoms, my work supports the body’s natural ability to respond when given space, safety, and gentle attention. This allows each person’s experience to unfold in a way that feels appropriate and manageable for them.
This work is complementary and supportive in nature. It is intended to work alongside medical or therapeutic care, not replace it. Each session is guided with care, respect, and sensitivity to your comfort and needs.
Healing begins when the body feels supported, not pressured.
